What are you harvesting now? Did you manifest a good abundance? Are some of your autumn flowers still blooming?

On a summer day in October last week, I was humbled by a long-awaited aspiration fulfilled. A seed planted months ago bloomed into an exquisite fall rose.

The Nakashima Foundation for Peace was able to award Steven Rockefeller Sr. our 3rd Peace Award! His son, Steven Rockefeller, Jr., graciously traveled to New Hope to receive it for him.

The picture is of Steven holding the award, surrounded by members of the Advisory Board.  Steven Jr and I had met in April. Over the past months, Mira and we were able to conceive the event which surpassed everyone’s expectations!

His Dad was a patron of the Altar of Peace which was consecrated at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in 1986.

Recognizing Nakashima’s genius both artistically and philosophically, Steven Sr. was greatly influenced by him.

His whole family has followed Nelson Rockefeller’s appreciation of Nakashima’s work. In fact, Steven Jr has even become a woodworker himself!

There were a few other speakers and each one was eloquent.

Especially meaningful was Steven Jr. speaking about his Dad’s philosophical life and how it entwined with Nakashima’s ideals. With great respect for his ancestors and finely chosen words, he traced a shared legacy of the arts, the environment and peace.

The gathering’s success took a huge amount of work. There were lots of details with many people each doing their part!  Everyone worked harmoniously together to create an inspiring day,

5 steps to Manifesting:
Starting from a sincere intention,
Staying focused
Trusting the process
Visualizing a goal: my leading the meditation
FEELING an overwhelming sense of joyful gratitude as everything took shape to materialize

Try these steps for a dream of yours, a dream of inspiration that can serve you in your life to live your best life.

The crowning glory was that nature also collaborated with a warm day.  Every moment was filled with a golden light of grace. It seemed to be everywhere glimmering iridescently.

As I quoted Nakashima during my meditation:

May this be so, especially now in our time🙏🏻🕊️🖖🏻
