During the winter, the powerful inner work of transformation can be done. After hibernation, you awaken with a new perspective.
The stillness allows you to consider what truly is your purpose now. With the accumulated passion of your wisdom, go forth.
At first, the metamorphosis is imperceptible, but as the cold and darkness push you further into your depths, all burns brightly there with the flame of sincere aspiration.
To live your soul’s destiny in integral service for The Earth/The Divine: EcoSpirit Wellness.
It’s really the time. You can see it all around: in governance, earthquakes, fires, ethics, relationships, and the anxiety on your loved ones’ faces. Chaos and greed are dismantling everything. Even the Earth herself is exploding, spewing blood-red lava.
At the same time, the universe itself is helping us at this very moment. On 2/28, there will be the real parade of planets, an alignment of seven planets.
You can use this to further activate your potential. With so much focus on Earth and us, ground yourself to absorb the benign galactic energy:
1. Literally go outside and feel the grass and earth below your feet
2. Spend your time in as much silence as possible so as to hear your own whispers
3. Breakthrough Breathing/Conscious Breath
4. Move your body: dancing, walking, sports
5. Journal in Gratitude
6. Mindful Meditations
7. Find your glimmers of Grace
We are being encouraged to speak for freedom as a collective, and you as an individual are being encouraged to speak in your sovereignty.
Authenticity and Gratitude. Remember, you, your families and friends all chose to be here. To witness, resolve, conquer. Victoriously.
An amazing woman who was able to evolve and then taught the path to others is Mira Alfassa Richard. Born to a Parisian Jewish family in 1878, she had a childhood filled with music, art and philosophy. The above featured image in this blog post is of Mira, as a young woman in Paris.

Aware of her gifts at an early age, Mira eventually followed them to Pondicherry, India. There, she lived, collaborating with Sri Aurobindo to bring a new evolutionary energy into the earth’s atmosphere to help humankind.
She oversaw the management of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and founded Auroville, an international township recognized by UNESCO. Due to her unique skills and knowledge, she was called The Mother, an honorific title given to enlightened women in India. Mother Mira passed over in 1973, but her energy and wisdom are still felt by those who are able to receive her influence.
Obviously, Mira’s story is extraordinary, for she grew into a revered spiritual teacher, being led on by her faith in the Grace of the Divine, globally helping thousands of people. But it can be an example of spiritual perseverance for the good of the whole.
Transformation is lifelong. You are constantly choosing to evolve or stay stagnant. Each thought, feeling and action moves you along your chosen path.
May you transform into the highest version of yourself. From caterpillar to butterfly/from human to angelic (even a tiny bit).
A call to wings! Let’s release them and meet at a higher timeline, perhaps one of compassion, happiness, and love.
Amen
